Parking

Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary (MEEI) generously shares its parking facility with CBI members from 5 PM to 10 PM weekdays and from 9 AM to 10 PM on weekends and holidays. Parking vouchers are available at the front office for $5.00. In order to exchange your parking ticket, your ticket must be time stamped after the designated time restrictions, NO EXCEPTIONS. We need to collect your parking ticket in order for you to purchase a voucher. The front office closes at sunset so purchase your parking voucher before you go sailing to ensure that you can purchase a voucher at CBI. Otherwise, you will need to pay at the MEEI facility.

Lockers

The large lockers located in the main bay, the large room on the first floor, are rented on a seasonal basis at a cost of $75 for the season. Please ask at the front desk if you are interested. There are small day lockers in Sail Bay that may be used free of charge on a daily basis only. It is highly recommended that you lock your items with a secure lock. The front desk and the dock house cannot hold any personal possessions, so make sure you bring only necessary items. CBI is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Showers

There are showers in both the men's and women's rest rooms, including handicapped accessible stalls. There is a clothes dryer located in sail bay (where we stow our sails) for your convenience.

Handicapped-Accessible Facility

CBI has a chair lift available for members to use to access the second floor. We also have handicapped-accessible bathrooms and showers for men and women. We offer parking or pick-up/drop-off next to the building. Please inquire at the front office for a temporary parking pass.
