Volunteer!

Since Community Boating's founding, volunteers have comprised the strong backbone that keeps CBI afloat. Literally! Without volunteer instructors and people willing to take newcomers out on training sails, there wouldn't be much of a community in Community Boating.

Volunteer instructors are vitally important to CBI, but so are other skills! There are all kinds of opportunities to contribute at CBI, small to large, from community outreach and back-office work to instruction, and everything in between.

We're looking for volunteers in these areas, but any skill or time you can offer will be put to good use.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

1. Winter Workparties
   Come to our workparties and help to get the fleet ready for spring. Every second Saturday - see the calendar for the schedule.
2. Fundraiser helpers
   If you have event planning experience, like to put on a party, or simply want to contribute to one of *the* CBI social events of the year, we're recruiting volunteers for a variety of tasks for Community Boating's annual fundraiser.
