Give the Gift of Sailing!
What better gift for a loved one than a membership to Community Boating for enjoying the great outdoors by sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or windsurfing on the Charles River?
Gift Certificates are available immediately by e-mail online. If you would like a hard copy, you can arrange to have us mail it or prepare it for pick up from the boathouse. During our off-season, pick-up hours should be confirmed by phone (617-523-1038) prior to coming to the boathouse, as our boathouse hours vary during the winter. For mail delivery, USPS mailing may take up to 10 business days. If you select the e-mail option, you will be given the option to print your own gift certificate. You must have the ability to view and print PDF files for your printable version of the gift certificate. We’ll send you a printable PDF version of our gift certificate (exactly as if you purchased one in person) upon contacting Sidaulia by e-mail at [email protected] to request it.
Gift certificates can be redeemed at any time, and memberships will begin at that time. As of November 2014, gift certificates are based on a monetary value. The recommended values are based off of this season’s membership pricing. These values are subject to change on a seasonal basis and the difference will be due at the time of redemption. Gift certificates are available in any amount you specify towards the purchase of Adult Program memberships, merchandise, or additional add-ons. All prior gift certificates will still be valid for the membership types purchased. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Gift certificates may be transferred upon contacting our Front Office. If a gift certificate is lost or stolen, contact our Front Office immediately to deactivate the old gift certificate and reissue a new gift certificate by e-mail. All gift certificates are valid for up to seven years from the date of purchase.
By purchasing a gift certificate, not only are you giving the gift of sailing to a loved one, you are also supporting our non-profit organization, which provides scholarships to youth sailors and sailors with special needs.
