Community Boating is undertaking a multi-year digital infrastructure project to improve customer and staff facing data systems. The Comprehensive Operational Management Platform for the Administration and Support of Sailing (COMPASS) will be the result of this project, streamlining customer experience for online and in-person transactions.
The Membership Online portal is currently offline for the conversion to COMPASS Navigator Followung the conversion modules of the Navigator portal will be brought online incrementally to allow us to ensure a quality experience. Currently Donations and Membership purchasing will be brought online first, followed by Gift Certificate Purchasing and Classes.
12/15/2025 Announcement – The Membership Online – Self Service Portal will be taken offline at Midnight 1/1/2026 to facilitate the change to the new Navigator Portal. We expect the change to take up to 48 hours.
The Navigator portal introduces a new look and feel and more streamlined experience for public users. Once the portal comes back online, all transactions will be securely managed by the new payment processor, Stripe. You will notice a change in how transactions with Community Boating appear on your card statements.
Following the update, gift card transactions will be temporarily unavailable while we migrate existing records into the new system.
